RESUMEN
En esta oportunidad quiero reflexionar en la ingeniería de sistemas como una herramienta alternativa para las organizaciones productivas y de servicio a nivel de Trujillo, el Perú y el mundo, es por esto que inicio reflexionando sobre la complejidad sistémica es decir sobre la necesidad de un nuevo paradigma en el mundo cognitivo del ser humano. Como una simbiosis es necesario comentar sobre la integración del conocimiento, el desarrollo de la ciencia y la tecnología y su repercusión en la calidad de vida del ser humano, y que tiene que ver la ingeniería de sistemas con los entes pensantes, su formación cultural, desarrollo de conocimiento y crecimiento económico. Dedicamos un ítem para reflexionar sobre la ética de la ciencia, la tecnología y la ingeniería de sistemas porque somos conscientes que estas herramientas son de gran importancia para la transformación positiva o negativa del hombre y por lo tanto como sinergia consecuencias trascendentes para el desarrollo y crecimiento del mundo o también nefastas que llevar al derrumbamiento de todos los sistemas productivos o de servicio. Finalmente propongo la creación de un “Learning Organization Sistémico” para el Perú, y para nuestro querido Trujillo la Creación de un "Club de Creatividad e Innovación Trujillano” como resultado de fundamento de sus fortaleza, debilidades, amenazas y oportunidades de las organizaciones del Perú en especial de la ciudad de Trujillo.

ABSTRACT
This time I think in System Engineering as an alternative tool for production and service organizations at Trujillo, Peru and the world, that's why we start thinking about the complex system is the need for a new cognitive paradigm in the world of human beings.
As a symbiosis is necessary to comment on the integration of knowledge, the development of science and technology or their impact on quality of life, and that has to do with systems engineering thinking entities, their cultural background, knowledge development and economic growth. We spent an item to reflect on the ethics of science, technology and systems engineering that we are aware that these tools are of great importance to the positive or negative transformation of man and therefore as a synergy-reaching implications for the development and growth of the world or that lead to disastrous collapse of all systems products or services. Finally I propose the creation of a "Learning Organization systems" for Peru, and for our dear Trujillo Creating a "Club of Creativity and Innovation Trujillano" basis as a result of their strength, weaknesses, opportunities and enjoyable organizations in Peru especially the city of Trujillo.
