RESUMEN
La investigación tiene por objetivo proporcionar un test de inteligencia de factores asociados a la orientación ocupacional y profesional. El test mide la inteligencia prescindiendo en la medida de lo posible de la escolaridad, enfatizando en los datos internalizados en la persona mediante la experiencia y el aprendizaje en interacción con la complejidad interactuante de la vida diaria. Se parte del supuesto que las habilidades estudiadas están presentes en alguna medida en todas las personas y en mayor nivel en los postulantes a alguna profesión universitaria. La prueba de inteligencia presenta tres subtest con un total de 65 item, aplicados a una muestra piloto de cien estudiantes pre-universitarios de ambos sexos. La confiabilidad fue determinada por los métodos del test-retest, split-half y por la consistencia interna para cada uno de los subtest y test total, encontrando en todos los casos coeficientes mayores de 0,81. La validez fue determinada por el método de constructo y concurrente. Por el primer método se demuestra que cada subtest mantiene independencia pero a su vez aporta significativamente al puntaje total; por el segundo método se trabaja la variable subyacente que los estudiantes de distintas profesiones no deben presentar diferencias en los diferentes factores. Por el análisis de varianza se demostró lo esperado.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to provide an intelligence test of factors associated with occupational and vocational guidance. This test measures the intelligence as far apart as possible from the school, emphasizing data internalized within the individual through experience and learning in interaction with the interacting complexity of everyday life. It is assumed that the abilities are present to some degree in all people and highest in any profession, applicants to the university. The IQ test has three subtests with a total of 65 items, applied to a pilot sample of one hundred pre-college students of both sexes. Reliability was determined by the methods of test-retest, split-half and internal consistency for each subtest and total test, finding in all cases coefficients over 0,81. The validity was determined by the method of construct and concurrent. For the first method shows that each subtest maintains independence but in turn contributes significantly to the total score, for the second method works the underlying variable that students from different professions should not differ on the various factors. By analysis of variance showed expected.
